By accessing or using TitleRun ("the Service"), operated by TitleRun LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use TitleRun. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Attempt to manipulate gameplay, rankings, or matchmaking through exploits, bots, automation, or collusion.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions, or to gain an unfair advantage.

You retain ownership of content you submit to TitleRun (such as usernames, profile information, and chat messages). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable, without prior notice.

All content, branding, graphics, and software comprising TitleRun are the property of TitleRun LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

TitleRun may offer optional premium features or subscriptions. Payments for premium services are processed by our third-party payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing premium services, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue premium features at any time.

TitleRun integrates with third-party services including Google and Discord for authentication. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TitleRun LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
