TitleRun LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates TitleRun ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

By using TitleRun, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Information you provide directly

• Account information: username, email address, password, and country of representation.
• Profile information: display name and any optional profile details you choose to add.
• User content: chat messages, gameplay submissions, and other content you create through the Service.
• Payment information: if you purchase premium services, payment details are collected and processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your full payment card details.

Information from third-party sign-in

If you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider. We do not access your contacts, messages, or other account data from those services.

Information collected automatically

• Gameplay data: match results, scores, response times, rankings, and statistics.
• Session data: authentication tokens stored as cookies to keep you signed in.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• Track gameplay statistics, rankings, and leaderboards.
• Process premium purchases and manage subscriptions.
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service.
• Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against misuse.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or ad targeting.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data in order to operate the Service:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and backend infrastructure.
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in via your Google account.
• Discord OAuth — optional sign-in via your Discord account.
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing for premium features.
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery.

Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

TitleRun uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.

We retain your account data and gameplay history for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

TitleRun is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
